New wackos every episode who love Cabbage Patch dolls covered in roaches and cat poop more than their own families. Their mental disorders are treated respectfully enough and the drama is real, not manufactured through editing. Depending on the day you watch it's either a big downer because they're gross filthy greedy Americans or it makes you feel better because you're better than they are. It humanizes people who are our grossest most annoying neighbors and also shows the extent to which our protective agencies have gone in trying to help these people. Good straight forward reality tv; at the very least it reminds you to pick up some of the clutter in your house. (90)
